No one could stack harmonies like Mike. The blend is immaculate. The song fits for the aesthetic of Dangerous but not really the title. Not really surprised he cut it from the album. He could of done that with Will You Be There and others but they are all gems and they have to go on some album regardless of the title imagery. Even Mike's "throwaways" were gems.

This song is the epitome of his suffering for his entire love life. It’s really sad when you think about it. If anyone deserves somebody’s true love, it’s Michael. This song makes me cry. He worked and worked and worked so hard for us. He got very little in return. Yes, we bought his tickets, albums and we love him from afar...But, hat’s not what he’ was looking looking for. Miss you Michael. Miss your heart and your soul more than your music. Three part harmony… (4?) All Michael - it’s chillingly beautiful- especially the vibrato - {{chills ~ every time}} Hard to believe he had problems with his lungs, isn’t it? I honestly believe that’s where his quick intake/release of breath and unique short sounds come from… I really do. When he does a “da” , “ba” , “ahh” etc. before or after a line or two...he is bringing in/releasing as much air as possible, so he can get a complete breaths in/out for the next line or two. JMHO. Yes, I know most singers do that… But, it’s almost like Michael completely empties or fills his lungs...and even then some; nearly every time.

Lyrics: (Never try to talk about it It's got to sound good to me inside I have to think about it ) I'm so undemanding Cause they say love is blind I've lived this life pretending I can bear this hurt deep inside The truth is that I'm longing A love that's so divine I've searched this whole world wishing She'll be there time after time Someone put your hand out I'm begging for your love All I do is hand out, a heart that needs your love I've lived my life the lonely A soul that cries of shame With handicapped emotions Save me now from what still remains I'll be your story hero I'll serenade in rhyme I'm just needing that someone Save me now from the path I'm on Someone put your hand out I'm begging for your love Cause all I do is hand out a heart that needs your love Someone put your hand out I'm begging for your love All I do is hand out a heart that needs your love When you say we will dance til the light of day It's just like the children running with joy When we pray will you promise me you'll always stay It's because I'm needing that someone Someone put your hand out I'm begging for your love Cause all I do is hand out a heart that needs your love Someone put your hand out I'm begging for your love All I do is hand out Someone put your hand out I'm begging for your love All I do is hand out Love

3:33 The Trumpet solo gives the song a lot more warm feeling to it, and it would have been even better if an orchestra accompanied the rest of the song.

True. Such a shame we lost a rare gem. An apology is the least, the bare minimum, the media could do for MJ and his family.

This is so beautiful. The trumpet part or whatever instrument that was hits different 💓

It’s probably a flugelhorn solo at 3:33 and I’m thinking that it’s performed by Jerry Hey, a well-known session horn player who has done work with MJ.

THIS SONG IS PERFECTION!! Why was the Dangerous era so flawless??? Michael was with ALL of him, that's forever my favorite part of his career... 3:15 The background vocals are the same of the beginnings of Will you be there. Now Michael was obsessed with WYBT, it was one of his most personal and favorite songs. So they were kinda similar, maybe he felt like he had to choose between two similar songs (like he had to between TWYMMF and Streetwalker back in the Bad era), and endep up preferring WYBT than this one. But I so wish both of them would be included!
