I love Michael! I think his true spirit shows here. He could have easily out-performed Eddie, both vocally and with dance, but holds back (although you can tell it's hard for him to not move to music) and chooses for Eddie to have the spotlight. I feel Eddie was his friend, but I also think Eddie knew it was beneficial to him to have Michael as a friend. Let us not forget Eddie's "Raw" performance when he made fun of Michael before they became "friends." Michael was so humble when it came to his talent.
