Here’s a video I put together of my personal list of what I think are the best live vocals & ad-libs from Billie Jean during the HIStory World Tour. This list isn’t ranked in any particular order other than displaying his still relevant vocal abilities during the tour despite the harsh criticism Michael faced during this tour for his use of playback.
