Alternate timeline: Originally released in August 1979 on his Off The Wall album, he wanted to rework one of his songs for the Bad album, this being Get On The Floor. Jackson liked what he had and continued to make changes to the reworked track. Eventually, he shelved the entire thing and remained unreleased for years. It was leaked in early August 2023 by FreddyGhostGamer as he discovered a hard drive with unreleased material by Jackson. The best revision I've ever heard 😊
