3:35 He Changes His Hand Which is Holding The Mic While Spinning. What a Legend
@JohnDoe-me9jh4 жыл бұрын
yeah MJ does that a lot. he would decieve people by changing hands when spinning. an example of this is billie jean when he spins he has the mic on left hand. but when he spins and goes on toe stand he has it on his right. it would mess people up.

You only have to look at the sequence from 4:25-4:29. That is MJ in a nutshell. There is no other artist until today, who puts that energy and intensity in a single dance move. It's perfection.
@musicismysoul87025 жыл бұрын
Absolutely true..
@akeemhimself5 жыл бұрын
Do you think you might just be blowing it up in your mind because 1. Of all his past accomplishments 2. YOU don't know the artists (especially dancers) that put that type of energy out?
@PrinceJes5 жыл бұрын
Dude, I guarantee that they're many artist who want to do the same things Michael did like that shot but if they did, everyone would call them out as copying MJ.

@Ad AF GLS Wei UE again is it that they don't or do you put him on an untouchable pedestal because YOU don't know them?...
@LoneStoneMaalik5 жыл бұрын
Akeem Anderson It’s called dick riding what they’re doing. There are plenty of artists & dancers who’ve done what Mike has. Hell, there are some that I’d say even surpassed him. But they’re so blinded by their love for Mike that they seriously believe he’s the ONLY one who can do what he’s done. That’s why I don’t take some of these “Off The Wall” comments seriously. (See what I did there?)

Let me find a foxhole before I say this but Michael Jackson had autotune for some of his performances (not this one may I add) but to preserve his voice for later tour dates. His sound engineers have been quite open with hand signals he would give during sound checks. Doesn't detract him from being amazing and the most gifted entertainer of all time...but it would be disingenuous to say he never had help.

...I went to the concert with my then girlfriend, @@OZT7 - my background then was very much steeped in black music and many of us felt that MJ had strayed too much musically (trying hard to please those who really didn't care about his type). Essentially, I went into that stadium as a neutral, not as an MJ fan. Well, I left totally transformed - what a performance. To this day, there has not been a *single* artist who has come close to MJ, because what I witnessed was the complete package. I have since learned that the man was a consumate artist and an utter perfectionist. Nobody is perfect, but what you see in this video is the result of hours and hours of hard work, underpinned by the raw talent that singled him out of the Jacksons. I'm glad I saw him live, because what you do not get from this video is his interaction with the crowd. He certainly enriched my world and made me realise that talent alone is not enough - you have to work hard if you want a great result. RIP, MJ, and thanks for the wonderful memories.
