I know a lot of people say that every celebrity here was being a hypocrite, which is true except for (kinda) Brooke Shields, Stevie Wonder & Lionel Richie. I know everyone says these people turned their backs on MJ, but Lionel actually saw MJ a week before he died, and he was suppose to see him again for his birthday-the week he died. Michael & Lionel were very close to the end

I dont think they was very close through the years but its true he had been involved in the This IS It come back and they had reconnected.he was supporting him.In fact theres IS a video before MJ passed where journalists ask Lionel about how IS It going and Lionel says Michael IS very excited but Lionels face and his comments give a sign that something going on.he said something on the line of..he hasnt performed in Many years lets take it a step at a time...and his face shows concern that Michael may not have been as ready as he thought he was

the whole world came together that day. I live in LA and the sattelite TV trucks from ALL OVER THE WORLD had been parked outside the Staple center the whole week before the memorial. I mean like 100 trucks. I loved this performance and am so happy i got to go
