I tried to capture Michael Jackson's range of dance moves rather than what some are more familiar with (moonwalk etc). Michael Jackson is an innovator and pioneer this video clearly depicts this. The video ranges from his Dancing machine days to his history tour's. This video will also show Michael's tapping skills and his extraordinary flexibility! The song is African Warrior by Donaeo

This was scary to watch... He was simply the best to ever do it. This should be shown to the millennial as required viewing. Kind of the reason why I don't place too much value in entertainment today. I grew up and spent my ENTIRE LIFE watching the very best ever. He just simply had it. A gift from God.

Michael is the best dancer ever!!!No one could ever outdance him!!! Even Fred Astaire said so:''this kid is phenomenal, he must be the best dancer of the century''.Bob Fosse, Barisnikov they all bowed to his unique talent. And the thing is that he never had any formal training. His brother Jackie said that seeing him dance like that at the age of 5 was frightening because no one ever taught him to dance.His moves were so precise, so clean, so elaborate, so sophisticated and above all so graceful.He never came off as acrobatic unlike Chris Brown who is amazing but hardly has Michael's grace. That's why he is the only rock and pop artist to have ever been inducted at the dance hall of fame.Michael is a legend.

One thing I always loved about Michael was that he never claimed to "invent" any dances. He's just a phenomenal dancer who was able to absorb whatever he saw, whether freestyle or choreographed. And he then was able to merge and variate all his moves. Thats why I love the Bad Tour becuz you get to see him at what I feel is his performing peak. Polished moves and live vocals.

Also, a great video to see if you havent is "The Making of Thriller". You get a great view of his grasp for dance. And the director talks of how Michael was never professionally trained like a lot of skilled dancers. He just picks it up very fast. Videos like Thriller and Remember the Time and Bad are filled with ppl who spent their entire life learning to dance. Michael is an entertainer who just did it. God given talent plus crazy work ethic.

Do ya know MJ had very little dance training..Some steps here and there, and he'd be working with professional dancers that have danced all their lives but he still trumped them..He just had IT...That natural gift to feel the music from his soul...That strange energy that infused his body and made every move perfection...Sometimes it looked like he was gliding or on wheels...Magical stuff...He brought street dance into fashion and the rest followed..He even did the Dougie before the Dougie :D
