There's a new twist in the scandal over Martin Bashir's explosive 1995 Diana interview, with Michael Jackson's family now demanding an apology and threatening legal action. They say Bashir duped the singer to secure the interview, just like he did to Princess Diana.

Notice both the victims of Bashir were soft spoken, gentle hearted people. They were both paranoid and vulnerable, traits that Bashir was able to identify and used them to his advantage.

I am so glad that Michael's name is getting cleared because Michael was never a pedophile. At the same time, all these people are getting their "karma" AFTER Michael has been gone for over 10 years now. It would really be justice in my eyes if all these deceitful people started to fall away while Michael was still here. All the people who were complicit and in ruining Michael's life that culminated in him passing away in 2009 still got to live their lives after Michael passed on. For example, Tom Sneddon, the D.A. who had it out of Michael and prosecuted him, ruining his life and reputation, died a few years ago from cancer. And even though fans were celebrating the Karma (as a fan, as much as I despise this man for single handedly ruining Michael's life, I don't see someone falling to a terminal illness as "karma". It certainly is a cruel way to put it in general for anyone), I didn't see a "win" because that man still got to move on with his life after ruining Michael's reputation, home, and sanity, and ultimately losing his life. And still got to move on and live even a few years after Michael died. None of these karmic victories seems so sweet now that Michael is gone.

I watched the interview before I knew these news. After watching this interview I was shocked about Bashir (I didn’t know it was him then) comments behind the scenes, his doomsday comments didn’t have anything to do with actual footage, he claimed sinister motive based on nothing. I was surprised and started digging and found all these news. So even without prior knowledge you can see that Bashir belongs in prison for what he did, he destroyed people for personal gain. Disgusting!!!!!

This isn’t even new information. People forget that Bashir was the first prosecution witness during the 05 trial, and was nearly held in contempt of court.

It is about time Taj/The Jackson family gets the opportunity for the actual legitimate truth to get told through news and media outlets, as opposed to explicitly and solely Podcasts and KZbin channels. Now, hopefully, this continues to happen, but you know what would be even better? I've been a survivor of sexual abuse/assault that I *first* endured at a young age for twenty years now, as well as been a survivor of all forms of abuse, ranging in levels of severity and circumstance, that continuously occurred throughout my life for twenty-five years, along with being someone who developed deeply-rooted trauma that manifested itself both consciously and, due to suppression, subconsciously, which led to me having to learn to live my life while managing that trauma to the best of my abilities, as opposed to my trauma dictating how I lived as if I became the co-pilot to my very own life, not to mention that I not only have undergone decades of intense and emotionally grueling one-on-one therapy, which I continue to this day to work with several therapists and specialists, who I have had in-depth discussions on both this specific topic pertaining to Michael and the subject that I am about to mention, but I also have both worked closely and intimately, side-by-side, with many fellow victims and survivors [both men and women of all different ages, sexual orientations, and backgrounds] on our emotional and strenuous journeys through the healing process in therapy organized in a group format for almost as long as my one-on-one therapy, as well as, overall, have met and heard the personal testimonies of *hundreds* of fellow survivors and victims [again, both men and women of all different ages, sexual orientations, and backgrounds], and am honored to have shared mine with them, not including many other ways of acquired experience, which has led to me developing a profound knowledge, understanding, awareness, and experience level; I am, in every fathomable way, tired of people, in general, including various media outlets attempting to normalize actions like civil settlements, along with many other behaviors, characteristic, actions taken, etc., when it comes to people who supposedly endured abuse as if any of the things associated to any person or family that has alleged abuse by Michael has exhibited or participated in, for the simple facts that not only are they not genuine, authentic, legitimate, accurate, reasonable, or realistic correlations to us legitimate abuse victims and survivors, which contrary to popular belief, there are far more similarities that we share than differences, especially when it comes to specific victims, like heterosexual males that males abused, as well as, by normalizing these things, including alleged victims being entirely comfortable making public KZbin, TikTok, etc., videos making claimse against social figures, but seemingly “not comfortable” with going to the police to file charges, is doing nothing but harming our community more and putting innocent people in danger of losing their jobs, respect from society, and forever being inaccurately labeled as something that they are not, just like Michael Jackson had happen to him. I support real victims, which anyone making claims, along with a civil suit, against a high-profile figure, brings significant skepticism and doubts within myself, but I also, since my abuse led to me ultimately numbing everything and developing the disease of addiction that brought on my very own set of legal issues and criminal record, support the truth which coexists with protecting the innocent. Michael Jackson, which anyone genuinely conducts legitimate, adequate, and thorough research, will or should see, is innocent and has never caused harm to a child. There is plenty more I could say, but for now, I think I got the most important messages across in this comment.

Thank you Taj for always speaking up for your uncle and speaking up for the truth, Bashir 's unethical and fraudulent behavior contributed to destroy the two most beloved people in this world, princess Diana and Michael Jackson, Bashir should be held accountable for his actions, same as princess Diana Michael deserves an investigation to Bashir 's deceiving interview he did on Michael called 'living with Michael Jackson '
