Wilson had to distribute 28 dolllars among 7 people. Everyone's share would be 4 dollars. But Michael said his share would be 13 dollars, so wilson asked him to prove that 28 divided by 7 is 13..if he proved it then wilson will give him 13 dollars..so Michael's using his big brain here and trying to trick wilson....
