9 times out of 10. A young man chooses the street life, his father failed him. Failed guiding him showing him a better way. Not allowing street life to be a choice of his son. As a young man I chose the streets seeking that connection. Latching onto guidance by a older dude who led to the streets. If it was my father I can guarantee the streets wouldn’t have been a choice of mine

I saw the trial from beginning to end. There's NO WAY OJ could've deleted 2 adults (especially a physically fit young adult----Ron Goldman), at the same time. I always believed his son did it. AC Cowlings (the guy in the passenger seat of the infamous Bronco) told the son when they got to the house from the chase, to go back in the house (AC said it in an urgent tone). I believe he told the son that to keep the son from getting questioned , then later, would've been found with defensive wounds all over his body. The prosecutors should've taken their time with that case. They rushed the trial. You don't rush a double homicide that's high profile. It usually takes years to compile a case. Hell bent on OJ being the one. They should've tried OJ of accessory after the fact, or conspiracy to murder. But they wanted to show the world that OJ got his Ninja Wake Up Call.....

@@JamesHussain82 The evidence didn't show that to be the case. Goldman had multiple wounds on his body, coupled with the fact that Nicole's wound was done only once. Not that she was injured and somebody finished her off. OJ had arthritic knees. The way the fence was set up, he couldn't have ran without someone seeing him, being he couldn't have JUMPED that gate. With arthritis, NO amount of adrenaline can make you dismiss the swelling, stiffness and pain. And where was OJ's defensive wounds from Goldman? Who was 2 decades younger than OJ. And the theory that OJ had accomplices??... Where are the bodies of those accomplices or better yet, it's been over 25 years, where are they held up? They would've long resurfaced. Where is the money trail? Once again, painting a blk man obsessed with a whyt wmn that HE upgraded (which was stupid). He knew she was banging his buddy Marcus Allen, he didn't care. He knew she was banging many other dudes, he didn't care. Because he had other whyt wmn that he could get. What's the motive here?

The OJ son story has been out there for decades. IIRC, the son worked at the restaurant where OJ’s ex was having dinner at, a dinner OJ thought he was invited to but wasn’t. Allegedly, a knife was missing from the kitchen or something, the son was nowhere to be found, hence the theory that the son did it. I believe this was the theory, but hell I’m not 100% sure anymore. I was in college in Cali at the time of the trial and we watched it. Do I believe OJ did it? Yes. Do I believe the jury was correct in finding him not guilty? Yes. The way the cops handled that case, tainting evidence, etc., was a complete shit show.

@@richieluukmane5256 The only logical way he could do it, IMO, considering Goldman had some kind of martial arts training (doesn’t mean he’s a fighter, just means he had some kind of training to defend himself), is by surprise. I don’t believe it’s possible OJ could have just walked up, said something, and then started stabbing. It would only happen by surprise. I’m also not excluding the idea that he had help. Hell, he could have had two other people helping him for all I know. I also have to consider that if someone came at me and my girl, I have to fend off an attacker, while simultaneously making sure I’m always between her and the attacker. Problem with this is that where the bodies were, it didn’t look like a guy was getting stabbed while protecting the woman.

As far as fresh OJ blood goes, the forensic technicians did go from one crime scene to the next and also wasn’t changing their gloves, and also spilled some of OJ blood in the testing lab, Also the technician who took OJ blood said he drew 10 cc, but they only had 7cc and no one knows what happened to 3cc then he changed his statement saying he only drew 7cc, And this seem to be the theme of everything within the OJ case Regardless of if he didn’t or not If the police set him up or not! For those who believe someone should been found guilty on this level of police incompetence shows who the real racist are.

Sooo in Ksoo situation it’s different, he didn’t just tell his dad some shit after a murder. It’s believed that they are saying Ksoo’s dad was involved with hiding evidence. Hence accessory after the fact. Ksoo isn’t helping his fathers case because Ksoo isn’t saying shit at all because if Ksoo says anything he automatically implicates himself, Vlads scenario doesn’t really paint the same picture.

But what’s weird, well there’s a lot of things weird with this case but one of the weird things is that Mark Furhman had dealt with OJ and Nicole before. One of the times she called the cops on OJ (when they were married), Mark Furhman was one of the officers that came to their premises. I believe it’s the time she ran out, in a night gown, with a bat. Mark knew of their prior history.

In a court of law a spouse does not have to testify against their spouse there should be a similar law where a father or mother should not have to testify against their children they already know He did not commit the murder which is why they are charging him with accessory they are just trying to get this case close ASAP But in order to charge someone with accessories or murder they have to prove that they were around a person convicted of murder therefore there should be No need for the father to testify at all
@OnYourSquare
@OnYourSquare 2 жыл бұрын
They must prove the father had prior knowledge. That the father knew Ksoo committed a crime and need the father to get them out of the area. So they may not have the conversation on tape, but the guilt by association plus the father has an extensive criminal history. Not sure he'll be able to convince the jury.
