Terry is not the only "me too" guy. I too was what could be considered sexually assaulted by a coworker who was female and married. In the same way Terry was, but even though it was an awkward situation I did not report her. I admit she was attractive, and there had been limited flirting, but I respected her marriage enough to not let it go any further. It happens to men in the reverse ALL THE TIME, but it is usually handled more discreetly, for good or bad, and I believe some just blow up into trysts or affairs, for those that give in to the advances of a coworker in a more supervisory role, or just another workmates. Look at athletes, do we really believe women are "keeping their hands to themselves" when they are throwing themselves at them, but in that sense it is accepted by society, right or wrong. If the shoe is on the other foot, it's considered sexual assault. Or you get a pop star taking someone to court on a groping charge. I see both Terry and Michaels points; because you never know what your going to do, until it happens to you. The temptation to wrath is definitely a possibility in such a situation, but I commend Terry for not giving in to his inner demons, because there are consequences to every action.
