Your family is living my family's dream. We have always wanted to live together on a large property with separate houses. All 8 of is brothers and sisters are very close so room for our grandchildren is a dream. Its so exciting to anticipate the floor of the kitchen going down. Can't wait for that beautiful chateaux kitchen to be started!

I really LOVE the colour on the wall. It is really sand-like. It adds a warmth, but its not beige, its not magnolia.. its just.. sand. I totally agree to leave the beams such is, they are in a ventilated space and out of the way, and they will stay healthy without oil. Nice to see Michael doing what he does so good. You guys are a great team, all of you Convent crew!

Osmo darkens everything I have ever used it on. I totally agree with you. Love the stuff but my red wood goes from a light pine colour to a very dark red as the wood would have been. Looks fabulous. Well done. Heather

Yannis is doing well applying the second coat of wall paint gives it depth, also makes the room look "warm". Also applying varnish to the windows!! Good idea to leave the roof beams alone, less work, time and exspence!! brothers work well, and support each other! The roof looks brilliant! That tyre is going to be a job and a half to sort out!! I think that it would have been a great idea to have the working kitchen right off of the dining/banquet hall. Then use the large area of the dining hall for seating, like a special events party area. Table could be used to set the food out on for serving, etc. I really enjoy watching y’all do your thing. Great to see a family who helps each other out.

I was not aware until last night that Michael has his own channel. I fond it on an older video I was watching. I watched him paint a water color of the greenhouse. It is beautiful and a great idea to sell using the proceeds to purchase glass panels for the greenhouse. He is a very very talented artist. Michael is the perfect person to do the cutting in. the color is perfect. good job!
