Why the dirt infill between the joists? Sound deadening? Or is there some other reason it was used?

Beautiful. I have a dwarf lemon tree that I love. Put it on a turntable to always have a new side facing the sun. Love the smell of fresh lemons.. Looking to add a dwarf or semi dwarf blood red orange tree this year.

Double height atrium. It should flood the area with light. Looking forward to the end results.

They’re nuns. If you want to connect w/them, you have to speak to them as nuns. Probably in their language. Just saying.

I would love for you to show the Chateau and all of the out buildings and status plan. Love your choice in music. Is the house at the beginning of the entrance drive part of the chateau?

Very enjoyable when the audio is, the natural sounds of the construction work. It’s what your ear is expecting to hear, the plaster falling from the ceiling. Music takes away from that experience. But during the time lapse scenes, the music ads quality because you’re not expecting natural sounds at that speed.

Billy, if you put a "box fan" in a window and face it outwards it will act as an exhaust fan and blow some of the dust out of the room. Keep up the hard work. Jean from Texas

Question: what happened to the videographer that was filming everything for you? I haven't heard about him for some time and don't remember you mentioning what happened in previous videos...

It’s going to be amazing just like the other work you’ve done, Yanis sure is a worker and it’s lovely to see Rick back, how long before we see Simon back? Talk about a dream team, can’t wait to see how the chateau kitchen is looking, know it was in the planning a few years ago.

Où est cette beauté? J'aimerais absolument venir voir personnellement... Cette architecture du beau temps... quand les gens coupaient des piquets aux rois...et les bourgeois étaient accrochés aux lanternes... Il n'y a rien de mieux que de faire face à la colère du peuple contre la tyrannie des exploiteurs...!!!)

If I owned this building, I would construct apartments on the upper floors and use the first floor as a venue for conferences, retreat days, and weddings, which would make use of the chapel and kitchen.
