Prime MJ was so unstoppable and fun to watch. Dunking, defense, the perimeter game, the hustle. You name it, he did it all.

See when I discuss MJ and Kobe(My two favorite players all time along with john starks) with other people I always tell them MJ had so many advantages over Kobe as far as attributes like being faster, stronger, quick first step, explosive with any moves, higher vertical and bigger hands..don't get me wrong I believe Kobe from a skill standpoint can go toe to toe with mike no question, but Jordan is the goat because of those attributes I just mentioned plus skills..he had the whole bag of tricks.. There was nothing you could do with MJ especially late 80s MJ, I'm not even speaking on prime MJ, shit even rookie MJ was just not to be fucked with...if I'm being petty even wizards Jordan could school you...it just ain't fair being MJ frfr

@@hybrid1339 kobe really couldn't go toe to toe with Mike though. Mike was 2 levels above
@hybrid13393 жыл бұрын
@@blackestknightx8881 my comment explains why MJ was levels above Kobe..but that doesn't negate the fact that skill wise Kobe could go toe to toe with him...if that wasn't close to truth, MJ would have never said it himself

1:38 I think that's the last leaner MJ ever did or there was maybe one in 95 when he returned, a leaning one hander

After years of comments I finally saw someone with an audiance say reggie the only guy ever to get both mj and kobe to attack him. The mj one makes sense. With mj adding playing reggie was like fighting a woman, and every time he come out the game he got a new scratch. The year after the lakers beat the pacers in the finals, after a WIn in LA kobe attacked reg That's when Shaq wore the kobe jersey in support. Reg my all time fav. Wish he faced mike as much in the playoffs as he did the knicks. I'd rather have reggie than kobe. The pacers traded the pick that could have been jordan.....for nothing really. But its neck and neck for me of reg or Mike. Mike the goat. Reg wasn't a shooter, he was a fully skilled scorer, don't get it twisted on that one.

It’s amazing these two rivals only met in one playoff series. That classic 7 game series in the 1998 ECF series.
