Remember this like it was yesterday, Mitchell was coming off a very impressive win over Bredis Prescott but the occasion clearly got to him on this night, Mick Katsidis was always great value for money.

Kevin Mitchell to me was a better overall fighter compared to Katdisis and I even reckon he was the better puncher, The problem with Mitchell was he had a terrible chin as proven by his brutal 3rd round stoppage loss to Ricky Burns of all people. The thing is you can be as strong as a bull and have all the talent in the world but if you've a bad chin it's game over for your boxing career.

I was shocked to look back and see Mitchell was the betting favourite in this fight. He had the tools to win, and had shown a real grit to punch through the war with Johanneson. But he always looked like the underdog here.
