Yep, that was totally me. The company I worked for has a "Michael Keaton" in our system with my name as the one who checked him in, repaired his phone, and checked him back out. We used to have Spiderman playing on a loop up front. Several customers would comment on the movies as I was putting in all the information needed to create their work order, and I vaguely recall the interaction (embellished for humors sake in this interview) because of the joke he made, which we both had a laugh at, yet I STILL didn't realize it was him because of how bad I am at recognizing celebrities, lol.
