I had that happen with a Fossil bag. The zipper broke but since they did not sell that same bag they let me replace it with a new bag in the store that was the same price. Pretty nice!

Love the color of your bag! I have one in a lilac. There's a diaper bag similar to the look of MK the brand is called (Little Fox) it has a lot of pockets & organization & outside pockets including a bottom zip compartment that you can put clothes in. I can say there both doable as a diaper bag.
