@@buu1409 Haha. No, not as a general rule. But I see high level survivors running killers while injured on videos all the time, which is a compelling show of skill. But equivalent killer videos just have them playing aggressive builds with rare add-ons (and you’re already the most powerful person in the game just naturally), and claiming they’re the best for getting 4K’s that way. And it’s usually a lot of camping and tunnelling too. Rarely see a killer do otherwise to demonstrate they’re naturally good at the game by killing through awareness and chases more than anything else.

And is it camping the hook if your teamates are close by coming to save you from the hook and the killer sees your teamates coming? I highly recommend you try my build i have had a lot of success with. I call it, Side quest pinhead hex TOTH hex the third seal hex pentimento hex play thing giving survivors all these side quests to do alongside the box can make it very challenging to escape!

23:26 - 23:30 I think from a hardware perspective, like you mentioned optical audio from what I looked up is somewhat correct. There's a catch where it might only be available on console since it uses Dolby DIgital (Consoles come with that out of the box, whereas pc doesn't and you might have to invest in softwares across the internet which may not come close,. I could be wrong.). Coming to PC, if you downloaded the engine that supports your headset then you can almost replicate surround sound. Assuming the engine software comes with a setting similar to dolby. An alternative can also look into your game settings on PC and see if there's an option for dolby atmosphere for headphones, kinda like how Overwatch 2 currently has it. ( I use both Steelseries Arctis Pro Wired + Nova Pro Wireless) I don't use Astros though and I don't know how their software works since I use the engine and the Sonar feature from Steelseries. If you have the software for Astro maybe try their surround sound feature if they support it. Name's Chris, hope this helps though I'm not too tech savvy on audio related topics on PC.

@@king_wolfe Hope you do find something helpful. I heard about dolby access, it's available from the Microsoft store. Do note though, you'll need to pay to use that over your on-board audio on your pc. And check the reviews if you do give it a try, some people mentioned it sometimes having issues with windows updates from time to time. I just started watching your channel a little more than a month now since it's unique but I don't play DBD. I have an irl friend who plays and screenshares it from time to time. I remember telling him some key tips for map/survivor awareness from what you mentioned in past videos. Hello from New York!

I've always said tier lists are super hard to make for DBD killers because there's so much that goes into it. There's the killer themselves, the player, the map, the add ons, the perks, and who you're going up against. Too many variables. The "worst" killer can easily be better than some of the best under the right circumstances. As a Clown main I am in a similar boat to where I always see Clown get called D or F tier when he's got a ton of potential.

The tier list is stupid. Just play the killer. Those who claims a killer is "low" just sucks with them and need to get good. For example, Hag. Slow but have potential and requires lots of thinking/decision making. People are just sheeps that follows larger content creators. "This build on is INSANE" You know, those kind of videos. Clown really does have potential. Sure, he just throws bottles that slows/speeds up but it gives a lot of advantages. Again, those people who do the Tier list just sucks with him.

Even against a good swf, you can win with Freddy, Pig, etc.I am high MMR with Doc and he is just an M1 killer. No meta build/perks and still whoop some asses. I do lose at times because I was outperked, not outskilled.

I do occasionally get bored of playing the normal way after too many wins so I'll either create minigames like only go after STARS members as Nemesis or handicap myself in some way to make it interesting. But yeah you're right, these guys are probably just "bored" because they keep getting shlacked lol.

With addons to stay forever at Tier 3, Michael is piece of cake, there isn't much teaching there. Good MM players know that timing to activate the Tier 3 is how you differentiate a good player from a bad one.

Whenever I rate killers I do it based on the vanilla killer with no add-ons. Base myers kinda stinks but his add-ons are straight S tier easy. Same with clown, lower than average normally but with iri finger and bottle add-on he's busted as shit

I don't think this is good for new players, the whole think kinda encourages tunneling people out the game. Telling people the tierlist isn't accurate is gonna get people 0 kills every single game. Michael is D tier, but that doesn't mean he's out right unusable. Plus, what he's doing is using game carrying perks. I suggest that a newer player shouldn't take this advice and pick up this playstyle.

@@king_wolfe I find it hilarious that your 6 minutes into game 1 and still have not gotten tier 3. the strategy to get tier 3 very quickly is to run lethal pursuer+Play with your food. The basic jist is you spawn into the map, you look at who is obsession with pwyf, you get 3 stacks of pwyf by seeing aura of through lethal pursuer & stalking since stalking breaks the chase. Boom your unlimited tier 3
