It's a very close battle and both of these slasher legends are very close in terms of endurance, strength, etc; however Mr. Voorhees just showed us way more brutality in his films which tell's us he's a bit more ferocious than Mr. Myers. He also has a much larger arsenal than Mr. Myers which shows us that he's alot more technical than Mr. Myers. Here's another thing to consider; the length advantage that Mr. Voorhees's weapons have on Mr. Myers. We should take all of this into consideration.

So in each of the movies when we see them fall or drown or get shot till they fall through they're really only getting temporarily stopped; they aren't ever dead. I love Chucky. I hope he plays up Chucky’s different stealth tactics, because there’s no chance for him in a straight up fight. Chucky’s pretty hard to kill though, can take a real beating without dying, and can even move and control his limbs if dismembered. Plus he’s way more intelligent than Michael. He wouldn’t try to take him head on.
