The down trend line on the GDX currently sits at 35, which is about where the index is today (34.90). So if it can move up the rest of this week (today is Wednesday). And the momentum should go positive. Silver is also sitting at its trigger point at 24.50.

Patrick, I had a good laugh when you said that you sold off all your miners. I loaded up in June last year and have been holding ever since. I have done this many times where I thought it was a good idea to get out, and sold my position with a small gain only to watch the price go up and say "F#$% I DID IT AGAIN! when a veteran like your self does it I don't have to feel as bad.

This should be easy , you do not need Momentum analysis or anything fancy! Gold will breakout after Fed Raises Rates in March. Silver will breakout a few months after Gold . So say in summer of this year.
