It is Mrs Palin , I am reading the MP diaries at the moment ..... for the second time !! Mrs Palin was 80 and it was 1984 !!

I've seen this before but didn't realise this really was his mother... Not until I just watched a clip with him being interviewed by Rob Brydon where he spoke about it quite warmly.. It really was his mother and it really was a treat for her 80th birthday
