Dude! Do your homework…. Michael Petherick doesn’t own a chateau. He lives in the gardeners cottage in his brother Billy and his wife Gwen’s chateau, which was bought by an inheritance Left to Gwen.

Michael does help his brother around the Chateau, why does it matter who the owner is? Seems like the entire family is helping to expand the business. Also Michael is more popular than anyone of them but doesn't mean their not all liked. Even Sean n Ryan have channels now, seems like they're all working together. It would be really hard for Billy and Gwen on their own on that property. Billy and Gwen also bought a new property again but im sure Michael will be helping him out renovating. At the end of the day most ppl know its Billy's Chateau.
