U gotta understand, Pittman knows he has contract security since he plays a premium position. JT can't just sit back and watch the money flow in. He knows the Colts will run him into the ground, and then when it comes time for an extension they'll say he's damaged goods because of all the carries, then it's on to the next one. Do your best to understand that.

@oohgeesilk6634 agreed. But man Pittman had it rough changing qbs in consecutive seasons it crazy. He needs to develop chemistry with AR and get AR to trust that he the go- to man. Only then will he have a breakout season. We also need to see more YAC. Josh Downs for sure gonna get that guy that get alot of YAC.

Long time Colt fan here, AR is a potential Hall of famer. The NFL road is paved with potential Hall of famers who never materialized. Lets see where he is at the end of the season and go from there. I believe he is the best QB in this years draft.

I just really hope he doesn’t try to do too much his rookie year and beat up his body. I think he will be a lot better in a few years. We know he has legs like RB but he most definitely needs to become a nerd of the game and study study study. He definitely needs to get a a lot better at decision making under pressure but he really hasn’t played that much football. Started one year in college.

@@markjackson6134 I could not agree with you anymore. That’s a great example of what hard work can do. Hurts also played in the toughest conference in college football m, IMO. I don’t believe you are going to see that level of defense every week like you do in the SEC. I just want to see the kid succeed at a high level man.

@@wfail8656 My only issue, though I believe he has the mental toughness to survive struggling, I'd rather they not start him at first. For every Peyton, Aikman, Burrow (didn't he start day 1 too),...there's just too many ruined. And I knew what saw Burrow do @ LSU would translate to the NFL. They looked like NFL Team:):). But Richardson only has to learn the lessons of Allen and Hurts (on the work to improve) and maybe ask Peyton how he handled that first year (of dang near 30interceptions). But if I was betting $$s, I think he can do it.

There is no way that he will be a bust. He can effortlessly plant and flick a pass for 60 yards that lands on point. I have never seen arm strength quite like that. Tom Brady said that the furthest he could throw was 70 yards with a 3 step running start.
