Annoying Pixley continually gets called for 'Action' when he was actively avoiding leg entanglements, strategically defending and engaging without needing to be hurried into Merigali's guard. Ref needed to cool it, it was reasonable to do what Michael was doing in the situation. Pushing into NG's guard just for the sake of 'action' would be a strategic mistake. He was being strategic and it was more than reasonable to engage the way he was.
