man i love how you react, i feel the same, its different. 1997 is nearly 30 years ago, not many artists invented so many new ways of performing a 4minute pop song. He was way ahead of his time, but as a black guy he was a threat to the owners of the music industry, he owned the beatles catelogue and more and thats when all the allegations suddenly leacked. How does he do that ? 6:16 THERE IS A BLACK DOT BEHIND MICHAEL... You can see it clearly this is one of the grounding pegs in the floor, 1 for each of the dancers doing THE LEAN You know how a picture frame or the back of your modem or anything that you want to mount to a screw on the wall may have on the back of it a Circular part (where the screw would insert into and then a narrower channel part which the screw slides into but the channel is not wide enough for the screw to fall out of it WELL, MICHAEL'S SHOES AND THE SHOES OF THE DANCERS HAVE THE FOLLOWING IN EACH SHOW, so 2 pegs per dancer the heel of the shoe has a larger semi circle at the front of the hell and a narrow channel that goes to the back when they are ready to do the lean THEY LOCK THEIR HEELS INTO THE PEGS THEY ARE NOW GROUNDED BY THEIR HEELS TO THE STAGE AND CANNOT MOVE FORWARD THEY LEAN BETWEEN THEIR HEEL AND THE BALL OF THEIR FOOT As far forward as their centre of gravity will allow THE TRICK IS ... DON'T BEND YOUR KNEES then coming back up is a bit of a challenge after returning up THEY HAVE TO STEP BACKWARDS TO RELEASE THEIR HEELS AND THEN THEY CONTINUE DANCING sometimes the pegs are located in a trap door in the stage when the lean is done, the pegs are elevated to stage level and once completed they retracted and the flat stage is put in place BUT WITH EVER LEAN PERFORMANCE 2 THINGS ALWAYS HAPPEN they walk forward before it happens then they stop After it THEY ALWAYS TAKE A STEP BACK Because..
