Ive heard him sing Ridiculous C2s. So he has not just a 3.5ish octave full voice range, but a 3.5 octave STAGE USABLE range. That is massive for a man especially, even for an Opera singer.

Bravo, Michael! Helmut Fischer, thanks a lot for posting this real miracle! True sense of French early romantic style, such elegance, amazing legato and endless breath. Michael, beg you, take care of your voice and choose responsibly your repertoire. Among modern tenors you have few contenders, may be only John Osborn, but he is not as good as you in Rossini operas. Don't make the same mistakes as others. Be the first in your natural repertoire, heavy roles can wait.

Astounding acrobatics and dynamics (his trills and coloratura are a feast for ears), that's for sure. His acting is also quite moving (he's very expressive!). That top E wasn't very good however. I have no trouble with a resonant mix like the one Maestro Spyres often uses when singing in the stratosphere, as it usually sounds clear and rings true, but this one just isn't it. It sounds screechy and shaky like a rockstar's upper belt... not very operatic overall. As time goes by I'm starting to question his affinity for the voix mixte. Sure, it helps deliver the notes but they're not always very good... Take his G5 in Tu M'involasti Un Regno, or his numerous F#5's on A Tanto duol for example : resonant but screechy... You're a Baritenor Maestro, not a Tenorino!

Ese mi no es natural es imposible que un tenor haga esa nota sin utilizar el falsete reforzado o la voz de cabeza que es lo mismo pero un asi michael es uno de los mejores tenores actuales es muy buen tenor

They really aren't? The only active tenor Id say is clearly better at those notes is Brownlee. Hell most wont even sing them. Flores just does 2 Db5s in I Puritani for example, no high F, even in falsetto.
