Der vielleicht beste Sänger der Gegenwart. Michael Spyres singt mit absoluter Kontrolle, guter Diktion und wunderbarem Klang. Nichts ist erzwungen, alles singt er auf dem Atem, ob als Bariton oder Tenor. Es wirklich erstaunlich, dass es so einen Sänger überhaupt. Er singt nahezu alles von Barock bis Verdi und Wagner, einfach phänomenal.
