As an Irishman this is rough I really love watching MVP and have watched him for years and want to see him win just a shame Ian opens his mouth cause he's a great fighter and probably our best chance at gold but he's incredibly hard to listen to its not even cocky and confident its just cringe. Big fan MVP. You're a great striker but not a great mma striker. You cannot keep it in your realm. I think you only practice defense and stalling your ground game. Could be wrong.
