So glad they absolutely nailed the decision making of Jin woo here for self-defense. It seems like it's always some insane impossibility in other animes for people to value their own life above others in a timely manner. It's always "omg there's simply no way I could fight for my own life! That would mean I'd have to kill someone else and that's bad! I should just die... but I don't want to die... wtf do I do? Man, if only there was something I could do!" In this case, he clearly struggled with the idea, and then realized the truth is it's kill or be killed, and he's not going to just let them kill him.

The instance dungeon disappeared immediately because it was a dungeon made by the system with no loot like mana crystals laying around.

Jinwoo's voice actor Taito Ban, is killing it in each episode! And here I thought that it was Eren's voice actor, but it's someone else. The fact that Taito coughed out blood during Jinwoo's screaming in episode 2, at the last scene were he is chopped off,it says a lot for the caliber of that voice actor! I'm in awe! I hope he takes good care of his voice because there are more episodes to come and we don't want him to destroy his vocal chords!

This ep shows that with power we show ourselves who we are. Sung is a good person but he carried so much on his shoulders and swallowed so much crap in life that he finally snapped and showed that he will no longer accept this with his new strength In the manga/manhwa the sung seems more wild and monstrous but this colder and even psychopathic vibe was incredible! About he getting a full recovery, no he didn't complete the 10km run in the dungeon. If you watch the previous ep again you can see the system shows 10/10km right before sung drip woo met those people, he just didn't collect the rewards then so those unclaimed rewards came in clutch.

Aye! proud of you for starting your own leveling up journey, but always remember recovery is as important if not more important than your actual work out, make sure you eat good, sleep good and rest good. Don't push yourself too much especially now that you're just starting out, just keep up the pace and eventually things will get easier and that's when you should try and go for less recovery days. Ay bro just a reminder that taking rests when lifting at the gym is important asf. You shouldn’t work through the soreness, instead give your muscles time to recover by working other muscle groups in a split. A simple beginner friendly split is PPL, or push pull legs. Always take that rest on day 4, maybe even two if your chest and tris are still sore on day 5. Overworking your muscles is really bad and you will leave gains on the table. After working a group, give it at least 3-4 days before hitting it again. This is also super important for progressive overload, you won’t gain muscle without PO, and you will never be able to lift heavier if you are fatigued from working that exact muscle group too recently. Good luck!
