I was trying to figure out how to do exactly this..but I ended up buying a rolling table.It doesn't look at all elegant as yours. I am a kindred spirit. I have a project folder..some items completed, some perhaps in the future. I kept the plans of what I have done, just in case I need them. I used to adopt items that people would through away and fix them up. I don't have many fancy tools, but what I do have are well used. Thank you for sharing!!!! I am subbing.

This makes no sense to me. Technics launched the Sx-P50 in 2017 and the Roland RP-102 was out then. Both were likely similar prices and that had a hard case and a bench. I get the whole DIY thing, but when it isn't any cheaper than what is available, why reinvent the wheel?

We got the piano second hand. No hard case or bench.... But the main reason was that I wanted no piano case, but more like a side table with a 'hidden' piano, so I could put candles and things on top.
