Imo the scapula position isn't really important for that nice front lever. Just by pushing your glutes out, you get a nice front lever

I never really count sets, but usually it’s around 2-3 sets. Just keep working down those progressions until you can’t even hold the tuck. Go until failure. 💪🏻

And did you teach yourself? Also what made you get into/discover calisthenics! It’s still niche and love hearing peoples stories

5:20 This happens due to not having strong enough lats. Keeping pelvis in a neutral position (or even a little apt) is the right thing to do. Having a Ppt will give you the "hollow body" which isn't a straight position. False grip actually results to less leverage.( Smaller distance between the end of your arms and your scapulas.

Wow, I've been training from zero to get front lever 8 months now I can only single leg front-lever I am still far from getting it, this is not from ZERO having already done it is like 90% of the way.

@@VudrokWolf what is your body weight?. I can front lever raises without any front lever training. my body weight 64 kg. and weighted pull ups 35 kg. 3 times pull up training a week. calisthenics from 5 years. I am 37 years old. my dip also 35 kg but I can only tuck planche
