Pesto anchovi (a play on presto agitato) was a remix of moonlight sonata's third movement (like this song I suppose) created by frostix (one of the two composers for pizza tower) for the escape level theme for the second playable character, the noise. As of recent-ish, he was upset that a more or less remix got better attention and feed back than his original work so he decided to make a new, original escape theme for the noise, distasteful anchovi, which was received by mixed reviews by the pizza tower community.
