Yes you can change the language. You can also download the Mi Fitness App and choose China as your region and it should connect. That’s what I did.

There is a mistake in the water protection specs. It is waterproof to 5 ATM pressure, so 50 meters. NOT 5 meters as said in the video.

5ATM will withstand pressures equivalent to about 50 meters, or 164 ft under water. It is important to note that this is a measure of pressure NOT depth. 5ATM doesn't mean the watch can be used diving to a depth of 50 meters.

If you're happy with the Mi Band 6 then don't worry too much about. But before you buy any new tech product, take a look online and when it was released, if it's coming up to a year then there might be another version coming out soon.

Been using this for 2 weeks now. Decent device and no complaints so far in general. However, I feel like its quite overpriced for what you get. If I knew what I know today (this is my first smart wearable), I would definately go with something else.

I returned the device to the seller, and bought an Amazfit gtr4 instead. Couldn't be happier with my choice, I am absolutely loving this watch. Its twice the price, but in my opinion worth every cent. UI is way smoother and looks better by a mile. Watchfaces are also alot nicer than the rather boring and plain ones from Xiaomi. Its the smartwatch I didnt knew I needed. I can highly recommend this device.

Actually if your talking abt looks n a slightly smoother UI...Amazfit leads. However, if you're looking at the accuracy of the sensors n monitoring results, there are many others better choice like Mi Band 7 Pro n other like Huawei Watch Fit2 that is almost the same price point with your Amazfit.

if you're a swimmer, never wear a smartwatch that uses physical buttons, because the sealing around these buttons is not waterproofed when pressed. trust me on this as I learned an expensive lesson of getting 'water damaged' on a Huawei GT2E, which supposingly has a "50 atm water resistance"

All these features except in built gps and nfc were already available in last year's Huawei Band 6. And I doubt anybody leaves their phone behind when going out with a smart band (smart watch with built-in cellular is different though).

@@DK-ox7ze perhaps for you (if you have sick parents or smith)… but not for me - I’ve never been into emergency situations where having my phone (while exercising) would solve anything… and I have 3 kids and a dog ;) also I don’t listen to music, I prefer sounds of nature and surroundings (with ability to be with my thoughts).. so GPS + NFC for unplanned payments is a must. I’m using Garmin, but it’s good that such competition is appearing and this could be a very good option for my wife…

There is no blood pressure sensor in any smart watch as far as I know. There is however a blood oxygen level monitor which is what she might be referring to. In this case both the Pro and normal 7 have this feature

@Gustavo Assis unless they make WearOS devices AKA Android Wear. You can install apps from the play store on those devices but their battery life lasts 2 days at most, just like apple watches. So it's a big no no from me unless I can go at least 4 days without charging the watch and still have money in my pocket.

I got one and will return it. Had the 6 before got the 7 pro. I can not get the weather to sync no matter what. I had to change region away from US to use Alexa, it does not have as much sleep data as the 6. It syncs a bar of sleep instead of complete data in the i health app, it looks amazing perfect hardware but software sucks the zep life app is way better than the mi fitness app. Contacted support no response.

Band 7 pro equip with GNSS, global navigation satellite system, which is better than normal GPS. NFC(Near field communication) not only for alipay, but for the app itself, depend on the app developer want to take part to include this or not.
