I didnt buy many knives (for myself) this year but my favorite production knife of the year is the Spyderco leafjumper in K390. Its kind of an ugly duckling and doesnt look like anything special but my lord what a great knife! Its one of those once you get it in hand and use it it all clicks. Also k390 has turned me into an absolute steel snob lol its working edge seems to last forever.

If Katsu would put a freaking pocket clip on that thing I would absolutely give them my money. But, just like a lot of us, I think, for me no pocket clip, no go.
