An 8mm amateur movie of a visit to Persia under the Shah. Looks quite peaceful. It was a silent film,. I improvised a soundtrack. The second part will follow next week.

Yes Iran was headed in correct direction, but too many people in Iran got brainwashed thinking / believing Khomeini (who was a puppet of US/UK) was New messiah or some Gandi. Khomeini was devil and his Ayatollahs ruined Iran. Shahanshah Aryamehr should have killed him in 1963 when he had him in his hand.

@@anticommunist4152 Because it's this kind of stupid naive people which think that American culture is the best. I live in Europe and I know what American culture really is... culture of death witch pornography, lack of values, stupidy. I'm sick because of this! I would prefer live in Iran than in Poland. American culture and "democracy and human rights" were already introduced by force to the Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya... and it's hell there now, many refugees. You don't understand Arabs or this kind of people... do you were in North Africa for example? I was in 2013... and now is democracy there with many islamists in tourist zones. In the time of "dictator" it wasn't this. You don't understand Muslim world at all. In countries like Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Iran, etc. must be strong power to save order! It was always. Arabs, Persians, etc. had the caliphe in history. Democracy there it mean chaos, murderers in the streets. Ayatollah Khamenei is wise person which know how solve the problems of Iran and he is wall of morality, Iran helped Palestine and Palestinian people in the fight against unjustice and against the Zionists. Iran is the last free country in the Middle East! USA and Jews wanted invade and conquere Iran to steal Iranian oil and to cutt off Palestine from help. Zionists want to Palestine die and Americans with Jews hate Iran so much. Jews murdered Palestinian people, they did hell there - in Shabra and Shatila Zionists murdered 5 thousands of people, it was Palestinians which escaped to Liban because of Jewish cruelty and imperialism! Jews and Zionists do problem in Palestine all the time! They pushing Palestinians to the coast, throwing them out from their homes, also Jewish soldiers shot on Palestinian settlements. Read about Ahed Tamimi and what Jews did to her brother when Israeli soldiers shoted pulls for fun and her brother's skull was crushed. 😥😡 And how many civillians murdered Jews in Gaza, etc. nobody count. Zionist regime must be stopped in any cost! And Palestine must exist. Imperialism of Jews is a reason because of which all world hate Jews and Israel. In Polish TV TVP are programms which criticize actions of Jews in Palestine. Jews are wick and evil people which want murder all their neighbours in Palestine and Middle East. I also once believed that Jews had heart and feelings, I met one in youtube and tried explain him that Israel should give back Palestinian lands (as in the UN was) and that Jews with Americans do crimes and genocide in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya, but this Jew have heart from stone! He was pleased because of USA bombing in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, he was pleased because of death of Jasser Arafat, Saddam Hussein, Muammar Gaddafi, Ghassim Soleymani, etc. All of these people helped Palestine and were anti-Zionist and anti-American. Of course that Jasser Arafat didn't die naturally, he was poisoned in France by the Zionists. In our Polish media was said because of this. Jews all the time say about Holocaust... but no one say that Jews with Americans from 2001-2020 murdered over 6 mln people for oil and influence. If no one can't say this, I say this. When it comes about Holocaust... once I compass Jews, not now. When I look at Palestine and also wars for oil and influence which Jews and Americans did in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya... I can't feel compasion to the Jews because of Holocaust - sorry! Even I started feel that they deserved for this because of death of over 6 mln people in Muslim countries which they (Jews) did. I the most was shocked in 2011 when this American and Jewish-Zionist bastards did with Libya. It was the worst crime of XXI century. It can't be forgive. Of course, I knowed then that Iran will be next... because Iran have oil. How I hate Jews, Zionists and Americans! They are pure evil. They bring only suffer, blood and pain everywhere! And later the question: why all world hate USA and Israel? - because of this!

Iran is still a great country despite the bad government. Iranians are very secular and many people there are not religious at all. The country has been around for thousands of years and has been through many governments. Soon this Islamic government will leave and hopefully a better government will be established. No doubt Khomeini and Khamenei have caused so much pain and grief on Iranians, but it has also been a wake up call to true Iranians of the cause of their 1400 years of misery. Long live the descendants of Koroush.

Korush himself wouldn't be against an Islamic Iran. He would not be intolerant like these anti Muslims are. Islamic Iran is still iran so get over it. Islam and Persia are both great!
@JamesSmith-iv6ul
@JamesSmith-iv6ul 9 жыл бұрын
Islam is a one way street, it demands all respect it, yet it can do as it pleases to all non muslims. Koroush may have tolerated islam, but islam did not tolerate him. For centuries after the Islamic invasion, Koroush's tomb was a mosque, it was the Europeans who discovered from their sources that it was the tomb of Koroush. Thankfully Koroush tomb is no longer desecrated as a mosque anymore, though it is still vandalised from Koranic text inscribed on it. You must ask yourself, why is it that both Egypt and Iran were once superpowers in their pre islamic day,yet today they are former shadows of themselves with people desperate to leave for the infidel west? It's very sad, but islam is completely to blame, it incites perpetual war until the kafir is subjected to islamic rule and discourages innovation. When the kafir is all eliminated, the jizya tax base is gone, so you end up with a poor population obsolete technology. Ideology matters, it matters what people believe. It can mean the difference between landing on the moon or slamming a 767 in a skyscraper. No offence.

+Saeed Vazirian Koroush (aka Cyrus the Great) was not a Muslim. That religion of yours was forced upon Iran after we were invaded by Arabian tribes, who tried (to this day) to demolish the foundations of the secular Persian Empire. And you mention "intolerant" is funny because that is exactly what the Islamic clerical establishment in Iran is, and always has been. There is not a stronger, more evil force holding Iran back from moving forward as an advanced nation and civilization like the Akhoond's with their demagoguery.

@Hamid Hussein why are u being so offensive? Yes but the fact that you think it is U.S. and not other forces is why I said global. Since u are assuming that I am supporting it let me clarify. I've spent more than half of my life speaking against the globalization and enforcement of countries into a singular global government. I believe iran is probably the only country that can stand against it economically as they have proven under 40 years of sanctions. But they are at the last straw... they are suffering and need to support their own people to boost their economy. You can't suppress and punish ur own people and fight external forces at the same time. Simply because then your own people will turn against u as is the case in Iran. Adamhaye amsale toan ke baes mishe irania az ham digam badeshun biad... Anyone planning a trip there do yourself a favor, only stay in Tehran for a few days to see the major sights then go to Tabriz, Shiraz, Hamadan and / or Esfahan. All of these cities are nicer than Tehran and Karaj. Tehran and Karaj are overpopulated as hell and full of massive traffic, terrible drivers, and mass pollution. Also go to the north of the country, Babolsar and Asalem. You'll enjoy your trip much more if you stay out of Tehran.

North Tehran was clean and tidy unlike south Tehran.Agree the train system was better than England however I used a train only from Tajreesh to South Tehran.(hope I do not mix up the names & places). Unfortunately I spend only 2 days in Tehran . Couldn't find a flight ticket to Isfahan ,no seats were available . I took taxi all the way to Isfahan (about 4 hours). I liked Isfahan more than Tehran ,paid a visit to an old Armenian Church in Isfahan . Excellent highway between Isfahan and Tehran but the way of driving ....just it's a gambling on life.

***** Exactly, this is it! The filthy Freemasons are destroying royalties across the world for their own greed! They replaced the lovely peaceful king Idris of Libya with Ghaddafi, who oppressed his people for 40 years! The people turned against the wise king Idris, when he heard the commotion, he asked: whats going on? His men told him that the people didn't want him and formed an uprising! (it was backed up by the Freemasons) He said: Very well! If That’s what my people want? I leave! And he left! What did Allah/God give the people after him? He punished them with a dictator! Moammar Al-Ghaddafi! Who made them suffer for 40 years! Sad.. The Freemasons removed the wise King Farooq of Egypt, after a long royal dynasty of love and peace, and replaced him with Hosni Mubarak who was a pro West filth, took all the money out of Egypt,. They did this with every prosperous country! And displaced the royalty! And now they want to do it with the Arab Gulf countries, Jordan and Morocco! However, it is too late! The people here are fully awake and we realized it! =) We won't allow them! For now we know that the power of the people is in the power of their support to their kings, rulers and tribal elders! (Sheikhs). You cut the head? You attack the body easily! Like China! The Chinese know that their government is the head of the Chinese Dragon! Whither it’s corrupt or not, it is still the head! Our prophet, peace be upon him, said: "Gather around your rulers and leaders! Obey them! even if your leader was a [black] slave with a head that looks like a raisen! Obey him! This is better than a "Fitnah"! (Fitnah = temptation, trial; sedition, civil strife). Because, in a Fitnah and removal of leaders a lot of killing happens! A ruler will kill or execute a man or two! He will oppress a couple people who will say no! But people will remain safe and sound, eating and working! But when a Fitnah take place? Lots of people get killed! Properties destroyed! It ain't worth it! All for what? All for the Elites to have access to the people of a certain nation! After the bombardment of Fallujah in Iraq? Many KFCs sprung open within the city! What the FUCK! We don't need Western culture forced on us! We wish here in the Arab Gulf countries if the days of the Secular Sunni Shah comes back! The Shia Fanatic Mullahs destroyed the beautiful Persia. :^( My parents and elders say that he was a lovely man! A man of peace! Under his rule? Sunnis and Shia lived together! And Jews and Christians! (Just like here in the Gulf). Iran was a paradise on earth! But now? You may thank the Elites for all the shit happening there now.. Lol it’s funny how you miss the times when your pappy who’s a foreigner to Iran had more rights and freedom than the Iranian nationals meanwhile iranian nationals had no rights at all and weren’t even allowed to be in the same quarters as the European foreigners, weren’t allowed to drink from the same water fountain, weren’t even allowed to shop in the same stores.

Where in Iran did you live? What percent of the women were unveiled, in your opinion?
@roxyroller6633

@@OhMaDayzz We lived in a town called Bandar Pahlavie which is now called Bandar Anzali. We also lived in a town called Hashbar. Both of these locations are near the Caspian Sea. We stayed for 2 months in a hotel called the Sefid Kenar. My spelling maybe off lol. The first 2 years we were there, the Shaw was still the King and a lot of women wore western cloths. But by the time the Shaw was overthrown by the Iatola Komanie almost 80% of the women had to cover their faces. A Chador was not good enough, they had to cover their mouths only showing their eyes. It was very sad.

My father was in that war too. At the time I was 1 year old. A bomb exploded at him, his leg fell off, stomach and internal organs hung outside his body. Yet by grace of God they managed to stitch him up. Its really cruel how men were forced to participate in the war. We ended up in Sweden followed by UK. Had the revolution not taken place I may have lived in Iran to this day. It seems like a dream land, to live there as it was then. Would've dropped UK at the drop of a hat. Hahaa

@@t72driver56 My parents were from Shiraz. I've yet to ask my father which of the 2 he was. He had alot of surgeries done on his legs in Sweden. Times come for him to get a knee replacement as the pain is getting intolerable at age 60, but it's a very long process here in Uk, especially now they have a backlog from pandemic period creating queues and waiting lists. You lot who endured the war and came out alive are true warriors. You know what real pain is and miniscule pain that's big to us is tolerable for you cause you've endured worse. What doesn't kill you sure makes you stronger. My father had a sudden onset hearing loss in one of his ears last year, and amongst many other issues it caused him, he also has what's called tinnitus which is a constant never ending ringing in the ear. He refused treatment and told the Dr's he just blocks out the pain and the Dr said he'd never seen someone say that in his entire life. So it goes to show, youre stronger than you think thanks to the exposure of the war and the level of pain you endured. Remind yourself you're stronger than you think next time life throws you a curve. I shall ask my dad about the 2 you mentioned and leave a reply here. Stay strong and take on life with your chest and head heald up high OK. 🌷🌷🌷

If the Pahlavi dynasty hadn't overthrown in the Islamic revolution in 1979, the saddam's Iraq woulld not dare to invade Iran, because Iran under the Pahlavi dynasty in the 1970s was the hegemon of the persian gulf which was even stronger than Iraq,this would have prevented so many Iranian soldiers, Iranian civilians, Iraqi soldiers and Iraqi civilians from being killed in the Iran-Iraq war. Although Iran under the Pahlavi dynasty wasn't a developed country and the gap between the rich and the poor was huge, Iran was very strong in its military strength in the Middle East, which its situation was similar to the Russian empire, both of them were militarily strong but economiily mediocre
