Not sure what it is called, but Mr. Rogge's last message on his death notice says: "My stay on earth has ended, I am going to a new one. Farewell family and friends. Goodbye!" RIP 🙏🏻

@@michaelijsbrand hi, Michael, have you had your videos kept in any museums? They will be very valuable for many museums and the museums will more than happy to have them. Your videos and photos should not only kept on KZbin, they should also kept by deference museums and universities libraries. Please make sure to do this to make your work alive forever. People, special the coming generations need it! You really have to do it now -- if you have not started yet.

@@yesterdayoncemore1592 people need to learn to forgive. Just look at the Europeans, war and battle every years but they still can sat down together. There is no use in taking out old stories ad shovels it in the new generations mind. What a waste, the revenge and avenge thought would forever living in the new generations mind. The Indonesian, Malaysian, Singaporean and Bruneian knew about what happened during the World War 2, but that's what happened back there, there's no used to fire chaff of hatred over and over again.

He is right the internet started to appear in Eureopean universities in 1996. In 1995 there was 'irc' as MS Dos text only program with chat rooms where you could chat live with someone accross the world. First webpage and the first netbrowser was 'netscape' it was mostly text with pictures. He was ready for it. Amazing guy.

@@goognamgoognw6637 Indeed. Interesting fact is that the first (commercial) ISP in the Netherlands, XS4ALL (which still exists as a brand of KPN) was founded in 1993. Still, 1995-1996 is very early to get on the web.

Mr. Rogge, I have been watching your film for a while & suddenly found this latest clip from you and noticed you are well and with young mind and what a treasure to hear from you. I absolutely agreed otherwise you won't have the foresight to do this more than half a century before KZbin were born! As a hong konger I feel so close to you that you have a very special connection to this place! I will go to hk Island today and feel this place and the images of your film in mind! What you have done is so remarkable and meaningful. A record of Hong Kong and probably the most important time of postwar development to become Asia ‘s financial centre later. My family had been rooted in Hong Kong since the 1800s, I am very grateful that, through your videos, I could share my love for the colony with my children who have only visited Hong Kong a couple of times. Really enjoyed this! You know, we have some parallels - for me it's 1990-93 in Tokyo with analog video, but the story line of taking material, not being able to do much with it, and then - thanks to KZbin - finally finding our audience.
