I like how she knew her voice. She didnt push to hit the high notes like in the Pose version. She modified it to fit her voice in that moment which is brilliant as a singer. Go sis! 😘

I think that part of the problem was for whatever reason her vocals in that scene were pre-recorded, whereas Billy was singing live so in contrast thats why it may have seemed off. Overall, i still thought that the performance was everything! 👍
