Really love your technique Mr Lang and it's a joy to watch you paint but I really wish you would do more explanatory demos for us fans! Like if and when to use water to dilute paints, do you use acrylic mediums and if so which ones and why, are layers dry between stages, the difference between transparent & opaque layers etc, along with some advice, tips and tricks you have learned. As viewers & artists we can often work it out but it would be so much more interesting, educational and confidence-building for us novices to learn more from a self-taught master like yourself.

Dear Mr.Lang, your art work is so inspirative and I am glad that I have found your channel and mikeart page as I have been looking for some simular brushes for a year but nothing similar in Hungary above 22 size. I have already ordered at your site I hope it has arrived at you. I am waiting so much to try my ideas with bigger canvases and bigger softer brushes.

Hi Michael. It's been a long time since I saw your video. You are my absolute favourite artist. Nobody paints like you. You have a very unique colour palette and style. I'm not a big fan of this type of art but I absolutely love the colours. I hope one day I can be just as great and unique as you with my own paintings.

I'm glad you liked this! If you love painting I'm sure you will aspire. My father who was an artist said to me as I watched him painting 10% talent and 90% work! Enjoy!

Michael, I really love your work and Im also a big fan to build with many layers 😍 My questions when I watch your video: 1. What kind of brush do you use? 2. do you ever let the colours dry between? and do you ever clean your brushes? I just wonder that your Colour never become this ugly mud colour. All the best greetings from germany, Yvonne 🤗
@MichaelLangArt Жыл бұрын
glad you like! I have my own line of brushes, you can see them and where to get them at the end of this video! I clean my brushes constantly and always have 4 or 5 waiting. I do at times let the paint dry depending on the blend and as far as the mud goes, that can happen for a couple of reasons, when mixing to many colors at once, using to much black (use Payne's grey instead of black) and remember, your not just mixing colors, your also mixing chemicals which the colors are made of so the chemical reaction can also influence the outcome of the color mix. Hope this helps...Enjoy!

unfortunately I have no time left in my day but the first step is to pick up a brush, some paint and start, let nature take its course! I do have some instructional DVDS that would help. you can see them at the end of this video, Enjoy!

Hi Mr. lang, do you do your paintings in one shot or you let it dry at some points?
@MichaelLangArt11 ай бұрын
Hi, there are many times I will stop to let the paint dry. When underpainting the base colors at times need to be dry or dryer. Sometimes I also need to take a break to keep my thoughts and actions in synch. Hope this helps, Enjoy. .MIX
