As my dear, sweet, departed Mother was known to say (always with an adorable smile and huge dimples on display), "I want what I want - I want it ALL & I WANT IT NOW!!!" She and HRH Reuben share that trait, pretty much everyone becomes enthralled with them and it becomes our pleasure to make them happy - allowing us to cater to them.
