Thank you Michael, great talk. I love the fact that you give such down to earth advices when it comes to spirituality (doesnt mean easy, but somehow doable). This 3D reality, all the issues and dramas of the ego are so absorbing! Often it seems impossible to connect with the Higher. Or I think I need some special circumstances (e.g. quiet space) to achieve it- but this is not often available. What I (try to) do then is simply 'fake it till you make it'- I sort of imagine I do it (connect)- it seems so inauthentic and weird at first but I guess it is better than staying in the center of turmoil.. And maybe I can prepare the ground for more connection;-)

And the fact that you picked on the word "frequency" was perfect for me since i have a couple sets of frequency forks and am currently going through belief systems that self sabotage my ability to heal myself and others with them.
