Michael the reason why there is some cars with the wrong manufacturer is because since this game came out in 2003 and papyrus shut down in 2004 that means that this game didn't receive an update for 2004 so the community came together and make their own cars in the so after that the 2004 and 2005 car sets were created with not a ton of changes they were the same cars from the previous mod but 2006 was a different story because this was the year where ford introduce their new charger and dodgers change bodies and also in this year Pontiac left NASCAR in 2003 and now the 2007 cars at the final car said for the cop mod and after that we got Toyota introduced but since this game did not have a Toyota more they decide to use the Pontiac Mall because it looked the closest towards the Toyota and also the Ford grill uses the Dodge charger because again this game has not received an update in years and also the Dodge body was kind of similar to like the four body from 2006 so that's why some of the cars are like a little bit different and that's why some paint schemes have like a manufacturer that is does not accumulate with the car
