Michael, I will follow how you are mechanically attaching the plywood to each other but i have a question. My boat had pieces, kind of like bulk heads perpendicular to the stringers throughout the boat. They are rotten and going to be removed but can I eliminate them upon rebuild?

Did you coat the bottom of plywood floor with epoxy off camera?

What are your thoughts on removing the screws after the Marine PLC sets and then fill voids with epoxy? Thanks for all you do.

Hey Mike! I wouldn't remove the screws. They add value to the overall strength of the project. If you are using non-stainless steel screws, remove them and use stainless. In fact the ones I have in this video are not expensive. Great idea though.

So do you seal the underside of the floor with epoxy or glass? Also do you really need the pieces underneath each piece of floor to hold together if you glassing over the top seems an overkill

Hey Mike I like the short plywood supports under the plywood joints. Did you use epoxy to bond those pieces to the bottom side of the decking and then shoot your 4 screws? Just curious I am going to do the same thing so the floor does not flex at the joints.....thx

screws too close to the hull.? you know you can buy shorter length screws and avoid that problem right ? People like Michael Romer who have zero common sense are always amusing to watch.
