Howww man. I'm a baritone as well and it feels impossible to even do tenor range high notes
@MichaelRoseOfficial4 жыл бұрын
It’s very possible my friend, with the correct practice 💯

I’m a tenor and I’m finally understanding higher range. Exhale with a steady stream of air and sing. Also talk and sing a lot in your higher range to unlock more notes. When you do this,you are stretching your range higher but also the higher you stretch,the harder it is to hit bass notes. A very helpful tip my choir instructor taught was to say (singa).(sing-ah)(Sing) raises your larynx,and the a lowers the larynx. But the singa exercise helps with nasality. Keep your tongue behind teeth when sing,if you let it slide back to your throat,you raise your larynx and you’ll crack. Drop your jaw the higher you sing.Something I also just discovered,is if you say singa in your head voice and drop your jaw as low as you can,you will feel vibration in your ears,that just means your in head voice,now another thing I was tought and I tought myself was find your crack,sing 3 notes above that crack and go down the scale 5 notes through the crack without cracking and if you don’t crack,try singing where you cracked before and you won’t crack. Normally what I will do is I will sing in my head voice with the singa exercise and just go all the way down into my chest voice but still singing in my head voice,eventually overtime the more you tend to do this,the more your range will grow. burgundyburger0@yahoo.com this is my email,if you need anything or have questions,ask away and I’ll try my best to answer them. I hope what I’ve given you will be helpful. Before doing any of this I highly recommend you warm up your voice first. I have a lot more tips that will help but I already have a lot typed on here. Just email me for questions!

@@burgundyburger great!
@burgundyburger3 жыл бұрын
@@Tony101Gaeta also singing is just like talking. Make sure when you are singing,you are also talking. When you’re talking while singing it sounds as if you are actually singing and it makes it a lot easier to stay relaxed and hit higher notes. You’ll just have to experience around with different things that work best for you. Also don’t sing to hard or powerful on higher notes,it will feel very uncomfortable and you will tire your vocal chords. Also make sure you don’t drop your jaw too far or lock up your jaw,it will also feel uncomfortable when you try to sing. I hope this helps,lmk if you have any questions.

By definition wouldn’t he be a bari-tenor ?? Cause he can hit those notes, soooo he obviously can sing in that range which makes him not strictly a baritone.

He uses a specific technique... Some calls it "damping" some others "mix voice" some others "head voice".... Myles Kennedy uses this one too, he is not pushing the chest voice but he is using a different glottal position. Is not a matter of just practice but you need to learn new techniques and learm to master it.

How can I decide what's right When you're clouding up my mind? I can't win your losing fight all the time How can I ever own what's mine When you're always taking sides But you won't take away my pride No not this time Not this time How did we get here? Well, I used to know you so well How did we get here? Well, I think I know The truth is hiding in your eyes And it's hanging on your tongue Just boiling in my blood But you think that I can't see What kind of man that you are If you're a man at all Well, I will figure this one out On my own (I'm screaming, "I love you so!") On my own (My thoughts you can't decode) How did we get here? Well, I used to know you so well, yeah How did we get here? Well, I think I know Do you see what we've done? We've gone and made such fools of ourselves Do you see what we've done? We've gone and made such fools of ourselves Yeah...! How did we get here? Well, I used to know you so well, yeah, yeah How did we get here? [Album version:] Well, I used to know you so well [Acoustic version:] Why won't you show yourself? I think I know I think I know Ooh, there is something I see in you It might kill me I want it to be true
