I'm a teacher and a woman in my community bought some of these boxes and was SO kind to donate the items she didn't want to our school. She had a box similar to your first one that was just piled high! We had so much we were able to share with a neighboring school! These boxes are amazing!

I know I might sound silly but when I watch your videos with your dad it makes me cry, he reminds me of my Grandpa I lost in April 2021. He reminds me so much of him, he is charming, warm, funny and I love how he bursts into a song or says small phrases. It comforts me in some senses. Wow what a haul! As a cake decorator myself, everytime you held up a fondant or gumpaste item, I got so excited! Take them to the flea market. That stuff is expensive, and people will buy it.

I am absolutely amazed at all the stuff you got. I am so excited for you. So many thing I would use. I hope you try the cookie sheet and those cake pans. Perfect for a birthday cake. Our Michael’s doesn’t do boxes. You have to go to the store and shop. They just put out all their Christmas stuff at75% off. I’m going early tomorrow to see what I can find. This is my problem with Michaels: they put a ridiculous price on stuff and then "mark it down" to make it look like you're getting a great deal. Like that face paint set, no one was ever going to pay *$75* for that! You can get that exact set on Amazon for about $35. I know most stores use that same tactic, but the major craft stores really go overboard with it sometimes. Still, a great haul! There was tons of stuff I would happily pay $5 for, so these were a steal!

So sorry for your loss. There certainly is no time limit on grief. It’s so hard to lose those we love so dearly. I lost my dad 10 years ago this March to aml leukemia. Then we lost my sister in July of 2016 to years of alcoholism. She was my older sister, almost 11 years older. She was such a guiding light in my life, my confidant. I’m sure she never imagined how much she taught me. Taught me about so many things, from being a woman to motherhood. She helped me be the mom I am to my son and I cherish that. So many memories I hold close. I miss them both everyday. The grief is difficult to bear at times. You do your best to push forward. My mom and I aren’t as close as I’d love for us to be. It’s been a tough thing for me to accept, that I’m not what she wants/needs. Having my therapist tell me she isn’t capable has been hard for me to wrap my heart around. I have tried for years and am at the point where I have to protect myself and accept what my therapist has told me. It’s been a confusing and painful journey for me. Treasuring every moment with our loved ones is so important as the future is never certain. You are so right about that. I’m sorry for rambling on Sending you the very best. Take care 😊

I just found you last week and I love you. I love your dad he gets so excited! I cross stitch and embroidery and I would have been thrilled with those boxes and the Cricut stuff. My daughter makes jewelry and uses the clay to make things with the letters and the clay she would have been thrilled everything else I would have donated to the grade school art teachers they are great full. I never knew Michaels did this now I am going to have to find out if mine does this I will be buying all the boxes I can because I love to craft and share in the wealth and the cake stuff wow!!!!!
