Hope the roller detent lasts Looking at yours (the same as mine) the lock thread dosnt lock on the bolt as its to short. So its up to the locktight.hopefully should be ok .project is looking good . Cant wait to see how the slp tune up. Used a cel on mine but had to drop it to the leanest to clean up mid range but that leaned top end and restricted the main so i put the needles in the dremel and wet n dried the end of them 1 clip richer so it became twin taper. It also leaned 1/3 so l had to put in 1 richer slide so the result is a clean jetting all the way through tried all different needles but couldnt get clean mid .main jet worked best at 12.4 af which was 152 in my pwk 35 v4 and snipers

I been a builder since 2007 and I'm a dealer with several online distributors. Driveline performance treated me like shit because I wanted dealer pricing. I actually was cussed out buy the owner telling me I was trying to rip him off. I started going online when Michael started, I'm so proud of Michael! He's coming very far. My problem/Love was becoming a single parent raising my daughter. Driveline performance was rude totally unprofessional and when I said I was willing to pay retail, he would not even sell me anything. This company is a joke. I do however know they got good merchandise, customer service is horrible. I'd spend my money elsewhere!!! Just my opinion. U rock Michael!!! We, me, &my followers and friends and family APPRECIATE YOU.. I REMEMBER THE CHINA BUILD BACK IN THE DAY WE HAVE COME SO FAR!!!@ BUILDING A 10 MILL NOW!! Thank you very much for sharing.At this moment I am in the process of assembling the cylinder and the cylinder head again.But I have the problem that there are the marks of the old gasket and in your videos you do not show how to clean that to put the new gasket in! Can you review the shift mods, specifically around the opening of the "window". Like the other things that you did to make shifting smoother (shift star, and roller bearing), but just dont understand the benefits of opening the window practically. I almost think by allowing a longer travel for your shifter won't your feet have to move up or down further in order to actuate the shifter star? And secondly, my bigger concern, would be almost getting close to 2 up by going that wide with the opening of the window. Not trying to hate, just want to see how the practical application of that specific mod and shifter travel feels once u rip on this beast of a banshee.

@DjChrisChip 6 жыл бұрын
@@tannertyrik6251 o ok I thought that in theory if you cut too much it could almost bypass a gear and if not click to the next put strain on the end of the gear if that makes sense. Him adjusting the screw and leaving equal space/play on either side made it a little clearer for me. Still would love a video explaining how the transmission performs with the mods and extra shift lever travel

@thabosschuck2themax
@thabosschuck2themax 6 жыл бұрын
@@DjChrisChip opening the windows helps shifts (these are all theoretical values btw) because let's say the stock windows allow for 2 inches of movement and you need to move 1.9 inches to shift then you have .1 inch of play within the shift system so if something flexes, you don't push up all the way, etc. The transmission won't shift a gear By opening the windows you can get let's say 2.2 inches of travel so now you have .3 inches of play, which nothing in there should flex that much, therefore you will always have enough shifter travel to shift Regarding going up two gears, the bracket spins the shift star than once it spins the bracket isn't on the tabs any more on the shift star, it has to be released back to its neutral state to slide back onto the tabs to be able to spin the star again, it's kinda like the slide on a pistol where it fires a bullet then has to slide back to put the pin on the next bullet to fire
