Great tip on checking the tides. I've been to that location several times on the spur of the moment without checking the tides, and arrived with conditions I wasn't expecting. Your comment about the nearly constant bluebird skies in San Diego (aside from the equally boring May Gray and June Gloom) hit home, too. When I see your Bay Area fog shots, I say, "I need to move up there!" Great job.

Nice, nice! Thank you. I've been to the pools before, but never with the light you were given. Incredible! I was In Santee 10-31, wishing I was at the beach. The sunset that night was on fire!
