Absolutely outstanding! One of the most impressive displays of Tai Chi I think I've ever seen in my life. This man has strong energy and exceptional form. Very well done indeed, thank you 🙏👌🙂

I have never paid attention to Tai Chi in the past despite being a life long martial artist and growing up in a city whereby I often saw practitioners of the art going through their morning flows as I made my way to school or work. Now I’m about to turn 40 and I find myself wanting something else from the martial arts. Something I haven’t found elsewhere until now. Now... to find an instructor so that I can begin my Tai Chi journey. Thank you for the content on this channel. It’s beautiful.

When I started doing this I felt an unexpected rise in my level of Chi. I am not sure exactly why it had that affect more than other styles I have tried but that was definitely the result. It could be that I just reached a point where that was a natural outcome, but I learned yang style tai chi for a while and didn't feel quite the same level.

Tai Ji 13 goes forward and backward where with other styles you only move forward. The stances he does in this video are not low enough to be considered acceptable level though. If i was doing my tai ji sstances that high the Master yelled at me "go lower go lower".

Somebody please tell me what is the way to practice using a video, if the movement is so rotative. When I turn my back to the monitor, I can not follow on...
@nashmusic917 Жыл бұрын
You práctice 1 movement at a time, and then as you learn one movement, you add another once until you remember all of them, it can take several months to learn them all, and years to máster them with good form. Hope it helps!

Wudang Sanfengpai
@stavrosporter12234 жыл бұрын
@@michaelweichhardt so...its not derivated from cheng,yang, wu, sun or hao??...its solely from Wudang mountain monastery?...still its a beauty...it would be good to expand this on the Caribbean...im from puerto rico; i instruct yang and chen style...this style can be complemented to expand and shout out the name of Wudang to areas that NOT KNOW it's existense.
@michaelweichhardt4 жыл бұрын
Yes it is the closest to zhan sanfeng. That is why the lineage is called Sanfengpai.
Sorry but I don't like that form, probably It dipende from the space tuoi short he gas ti do the movements. I prefer the Tai Chi Chen of Master Yang Lin Sheng style. Thank you.

Mah...
