I admit, when I watched Kaoh Rong, I wanted Aubrey to win, but when you watch clips like this it's so apparent how self-aware and socially aware Michele is. She just got better with each day, and could've easily last another 39 days on top of it. A deserved winner.

I have to admit, I didn't see Michele's game the first time I watched. Like most people, I was rooting for Audrey. It's a shame they edited the way they did, it makes it seem like Michele won by accident. This girl is so smart, watching her play WaW made me shift my mindset. Seeing these clips years later, with context, you can see how strategic she actually was.

@@sideeswipe i'll try not too give too many spoilers, but on the edge, you couldve bought many advantages for the fight back in and the game itself. even though on a survival basis, the edge is more difficult, strategically, thsi was the fastest paced season yet. michelle lasted through it 39 days, but the best way to see it is to watch the season!

7:20 this is personally where I think she won the season. Calling out Tai and listing off his dishonesties throughout the game saved her from the alliance turning on her. Look at the jury's reactions, specifically Debbie and Julia. Michele secured those two votes right there. And she knew Tai would be the perfect goat to take to the end. Haters stay mad, Michele played her end-game perfectly. While Aubry played a phenomenal game, she missed her opportunity to take out Michele at F6, while neglecting jury votes with her indecisiveness. Still, Aubry arguably has played probably the best runner-up game thus far. Both great players imo.

It's because of the way they told the stroy making Aubry the main protagonist. People don't want to see the main protagonist come up short at the end. Edgic wise Michele is the clear winner, people just didn't pay attention to that. But the story of Aubry was more compelling being this neurotic nerd girl having a breakdown at the shelter who then emerged from her shell and fights all the way back. The story was too good to be true, also Aubry is a more relatable type of person for most of the audience then Michele.

Yeah. I mean fot whichever reason(Tai, Sheri in FvF2, and more) some people do crumble in Final Tribal. For whatever it is. Michele is the complete oposite. While her games are never super strategical, she ALWAYS delivers massively in FTCs. She is never in the running for the money until she opens her mouth to explain her game. While I do think its harder for people like Tai and Abi Maria, it really is a skill that one can develop having an accent or not.

I liked Michelle’s and cyds gameplays much more than Audrey on my first watch tbh. I feel Audrey was good at using her pawns that she had but Michelle and cyd being basically at the bottom and using basically the opponents pawns to run the game and get them to the final 4 was much more impressive to me than already going into it with numbers like Audrey. While I can respect audreys gameplay Michelle and cyd to me played smarter and they were so much better at being able to adjust quickly to a change in the game where as I feel Audrey would fluster

I was not a fan of Michelle at all and was hoping she would get voted out early in WaW because I thought her win in Kaoh Rong wasn't deserving... However, I slowly became a fan of her after each episode and was hard core rooting for her to win at the end. She didn't win the title, but she did win my admiration and gained a lot of respect from the Survivor fan base.
