The very first season, the one guy (the naked guy) realized that both of the remaining people would rather take him to the final challenge than each other, so he just sat it out and enjoyed some food while the other two fought it out. He ended up winning the whole thing. Brilliant strategy.

Hatch would have lost if he won the FIC but kudos to him for realizing that especially in season 1. If he took Rudy to the end he loses, and if he took Kelly to the end he wouldn't get Rudy's vote for betraying him. He had to hope for Kelly to win FIC and that's exactly what happened.

My favorite hack is still from the original season's final immunity challenge. Richard realizes he doesn't have to win final immunity. Both other contestants will vote each other out and keep Richard in for the finals, figuring they can beat him in the final vote. So, when offered a chance to quit, Richard takes it, and then the million.
@MisterDarren4 жыл бұрын
Furthermore, Richard realized that if he won, whoever he voted out would vote against him in the finals. That one swing vote (Rudy) was crucial in winning the game, and setting the tone for Survivor.

drink15 I recommend watching it so you fully understand. But how the game works for the most part is; it starts out in teams typically three and they all compete in challenges. The team who loses has to vote one of their members out. It’s a survival game where people have to build their camp and do basic survival things some seasons the survivors are struggling with food and not eating. The challenges are split between prizes (like food and such) and vote out ones. Once the end of the game happens there are three contenders left and everyone that left the game or was voted out vote on who they think should be the winner out of the three.

One of the best hacks was in All-Stars when the challenge was to raise a boat sunken with weights, empty it of water and then paddle it back to the shore. While the other teams were bailing furiously with the buckets provided, Boston Rob had Chapera drag the boat onto the platform BEFORE flipping it over, emptying the water instantly with just the one flip and winning the challenge by a mile.
@daredevevil4 жыл бұрын
13:15 Fun fact! this method of aiming is actually use in early (world war 2 and Korean war) tank combat! The gunner's sight on a tank is often placed far from the actual cannon and it's required to either know the offset or to dial the offset into the sight... But if your very close to your target (~500 yards) you can just open the breech and line up what you can see and hit.

Another one is when Boston Rob and Chapera in All-Stars took their sunken boat completely out of the water and flipped it to dump all the water out, as opposed to bailing the water out like Jeff suggested. As a restaurant server, we set a bowl upside down and put a plate on top to improve its stability if we need to put something that normally wouldn’t fit in the center of a large tray.

Although I’ve already watched Micronesia (and pretty recently), this video made me feel that Cirie wasn’t truly robbed in Micronesia. That challenge was specifically catered to her, and Amanda seemed to have Outwitted her

Don’t remember off the top of my head which season it was, but it was Rupert that stole the other tribes shoes because “ What do pirates do? They plunder!” and sold them to raise the money his tribe needed to meet a challenge.

I immediately thought of when Darah used her small arms to grab the key from inside the tube in PI’s final 5 immunity, where you were supposed to fill the tube with water to make it float up. Basically secured Sandra’s dub.
