Michele Neurauter | Morbid | Podcast

On August 28, 2017, police in Corning, NY responded to a call about “suspicious circumstances” at the home of forty-six-year-old mother of three Michele Neurauter. Upon entering the home, the scene appeared to be a fairly straightforward suicide; however, investigators were immediately suspicious that Michele Neurauter had been murdered and the scene had been staged to look like suicide. Michele’s mother, Jeanne Laundy, agreed, and she had a pretty good idea of who would have wanted to kill her daughter: Michele’s ex-husband, Lloyd Neurauter.Investigators quickly learned Michele and Lloyd Neurauter had been involved in a bitter custody battle for years, and Michele had repeatedly accused her ex-husband of trying to turn their children against her. After months of investigation, Corning detectives discovered that not only had Lloyd Neurauter succeeded in turning his children against Michele, but he had also recruited his second-oldest daughter, Karrie, to help him murder her mother.

For what he did to his daughter is unconscionable to have her assist in the murder of her mother, then the fourteen-year-old is devastated, the other daughter is devastated because their father and sister murdered their mother, oh my God and he put that child into those circumstances, to either betray your mother or betray me that gave her not too much of a choice, I do feel I mean a tiny bit sorry for the daughter but, she could have stopped she could have ran she could have called the police she could have said no dad I will not murder my mother, it just is so freaking horrible, the trauma that all those children are going to suffer for the rest of their lives and what do the sisters go visit their sister in prison for murdering their mother or not. But the dad was too into himself that he didn't stop to think for one minute that extreme riffic Devastation that he was causing everyone especially those children for one second or even in a blink-of-an-eye, he never stopped to think about his children and what nightmares and Trauma and Devastation that this would cause those children, it was all about him, and he lived high off the hog that wasn't his wife's fault either or the children's fault I hope he is in a state that has the death penalty. That is also why some men should have vasectomies, he was not meant to be a father and didn't have the capability to handle it. Now all of those children will suffer for the rest of their lives because of him

Quit calling the daughter a child. She was 19 at the time. It's sad that she was manipulated but she was a grown woman and is just as guilty
